City of Heroes: Going Rogue is the second official expansion to NCsoft's persistent world role-playing game. The expansion introduces an alternate universe named Praetoria, where you'll be able to create a character that can change his or her alignment from hero to villain or vice versa, depending on the moral decisions made throughout the storyline. This identity shift carries over to other regions as well, allowing villains to explore Paragon City and heroes to visit the Rogue Isles. In Praetoria, characters will battle new villain groups, earn new badges, and fight alongside a resistance movement or a faction loyal to Praetoria's emperor. New power sets let characters wield dual pistols, summon demons, and more. The "Complete Edition" includes the content from both the original City of Heroes and the City of Villains expansion. A 30-month trial is included, after which a subscription fee is required for continued access to characters and content.
