    What a great experience! At the last minute I had to change internet providers so there was no reason for this modem. I thought when I saw "free returns" I assume I would have to pay for shipping. Nope, they sent me a return address prepaid label so all I had to do was drop it off at the post office. Turned the box in at the post office and by the time I got to my car, I got an email saying that my refund had been completed. Darn, what great service!
