The rim was packaged and ready to go on day 3 since we are in our busy season. UPS did not come back and pick up the package like we requested. We have no control over the carriers and when they decide to come. That was a Friday, and the yard is closed weekends. It got picked up on Monday. We did the absolute best we could, and we are sorry you are unhappy with the shipping service.
