    This item is just what our church needed for our hearing impaired to hear again. Our units were well worn out. The cost was very good compared to a retail store. I just bought 3 more units. Shipping was good to they got here in just 1 1/2 weeks and are package very well. Lots of bubble wrap.

    They did not honor the sale. I made a purchase and paid for it in which they later cancelled without any communication to me before hand. I had to reach out to them to see what was going on. Very disappointing.
