I am happy that it wasn't completely broken on arrival. There was very thin and weak foam used which allowed it to move around in the box to a great degree. Luckily, the only thing that seemed to be damaged was an upper esthetic piece that I can easily repair. It also arrived with the power cord which was a surprise because the listing said NO Cables. It arrived working which is why I am still giving it +NEC N8910-055B0BB POS 2-Screen System | No Cables | Ships in OEM Box (#197430384359)
