It is our hope that this book will be a "how to" treatise on rehabbing and investing in real estate. Like his dad, Bart and five other children in his family are practicing attorneys. It is our contention that just about every element that has to do with earning cash from a real estate business begins with the letter "C".There are good C's and bad ones. We'll tell you about both.
