They actually appeared to be shipped directly from Saladmaster and then forwarded to me. What I did not like were the shipping arrangements. Two identical knobs were sent separately in two boxes through DSL. DSL attempted to charge duty plus a $12 handling fee twice, once for each box. The vendor should stay away from those DSL crooks plus take more care that multiple items get packaged into one shipping container.
