I've only gotten one in place so far, but it worked reasonably well -- far better than the ARLO-supplied ones! Stainless & plastic, but good for price. They give more flexibility for camera placement, the major problem with the ARLOs. Hot weather is here, but plastic seems to be holding up just fine. If I end up needing more, I may go for metal construction, but price remains a deterrent on those!
