Not something that I was expecting from a professional company when shipping delicate PC parts. So due to that, I have to give a neutral.Reply from: kryzim77- Feedback replied by seller kryzim77.- Feedback replied by seller kryzim77.CPU was covered with protective tape, wrapped in bubble / plastic antistatic bag which was wraped in paper tower which was put in envelope - and that was put in another bigger envelope, all plastic sealed from outside with label and your address on it. 6 protective layers. Preety safe package all made from recycled materials , but that is just my opinion.

Fortunately, KZ was quick to respond, and offered me every option to solve my issues : if it doesn't work at all, send back for a full reimbursment, if some parts don't work, he'd send replacement for free, if it did work, he'd send a partial reimbursment. Good service, no stress, he's available to help 100%
