    The wrong part was sent, the seller refunded my money immediately. The warehouse apparently didn t see the voltage rating, and put in a 12 v fan instead of the 24 version. They look very similar down to the model number.

The buyer claims that the product is not brand new in order to get a discount, but he cannot provide photos because my product is brand new. Therefore, he gave a malicious negative review because I refused his extortion
