I wanted to cancel my order before it was sent, but I was refused and told to wait, get it, and send it back for a refund. I would be okay with that, but the seller didn’t explain that I would also have to pay taxes and duties, which amount to about 30% of the value. He would refund me, but it’s very difficult to reclaim taxes. I love the scarf, so I’m willing to forget this situation, but unfortunately, I won’t be buying from them again.
