Unfortunately the item was damaged and not disclosed in the description. The seller did mention other minor issues in the description but not the major damage. In fact, he said in the description, other than the minor damages, the guitar was in “showroom condition”. I asked for a fair partial refund of $100 but the seller refused. Photos were provided in the auction but the major damage was not clearly visible in them. I pleaded for a fair resolution via messages but the seller refused.

The item had a broken tip roughly the size of a grain of rice and was ABSOLUTELY shown in the photo even by the buyers admission - this was VERY minor cosmetic damage at best. He immediately demanded to be provided with $100 off and over repeated and berating emails accused me of knowingly defrauding him. Meanwhile demanding the credit and threatened a bad review if I refused to comply with the request. This was a clear grift and I have filed a complaint against him with eBay, Avoid this buyer.
