It comes with an older Win11 preinstalled, ready to be set up. Packaging was very good, with a lot of bubble wrap to keep the computer safe and a standard power cable was included. Shipping could have been better in that it took 3 days to hand over to AusPost. Still, it's hard to complain when you can get a decent non gaming desktop for the price I paid. Definitely recommend this seller and will look here in the future.
