Unable to test it as no PC will boot with it in, meaning it wil require significant programming to tell if it is good or bad because someone loaded a bitstram not compatible with PCIe even though it is PCIe. Only orange light comes on so far. Will update once I am able to determine if it is faulty software flash or bad hardware. But for the price you it is worth the lesson.
