There are a couple scratches but they are microscopic. The phone also arrived in the original packaging with all the accessories, which appear to be in new unused condition, a plus because the listing didn't mention the packaging or the accessories. For unknown reasons I can feel the battery in the phone move slightly when the phone is tilted, but free 30 day returns so this seller is recommended
