Cassettes were padded - not wrapped - in minimal bubble wrap. Cassettes arrived with cracks in the cases. These are used in a professional production setting and cannot be used if they are cracked. Seller accepted return but then offered an insultingly-low partial refund of $4 off of the original price. I will be returning for a full refund and buying from other Sellers in the future.
