- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI tried reaching out to the seller time, time, and time again, on the problem I had with the unit that was sent to me, I gave the seller plenty of time to respond, thinking if the seller understood American English or not, without trying not to be rude about it, being this product was coming from a foreign country, and wasn't sent what was pictured in the description
- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThis unit is not MOTU mk3 hybrid as advertised, it is an earlier model firewire 400 mk3 . No USB port. Also it does not function. No computer sees it on the FireWire bus. Reinstalled drivers, reset unit and switched out cables, nothing. It is a paperweight.Reply from: komota86- Feedback replied by seller komota86.- Feedback replied by seller komota86.Hello. I received negative feedback from you at the time. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I would like to suggest that I change my opinion to a positive one by offering a full refund once the product has been returned. I look forward to your reply.
