It fell out of the shoe when I took them out of the bag. I thought it was a weird mistake as I thought these shoes wouldn’t come from a Ross store. They were too small and requested a return. When seller received them back, a message/review was made to refuse a refund because it was stated that “they weren’t the same shoes/and bottoms were different color and worn”. What a joke! Customer returned different shoes. If shoes were too small why was manufacturer tag removed when it didnt hinder from trying on shoes.
