The first of three prequels to George Lucas's 1977 smash hit, 'Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope,' 'Star Wars - Episode I: The Phantom Menace' tells the story of Obi-Wan Kenobi, a young Jedi, and his mentor Qui-Gon Jinn who are assigned to take on the Trade Federation when it blockades the planet Naboo. When their ship gets damaged in the fight, they land on Tattooine and meet Skywalker, a 0-year-old slave in whom Jinn senses the Force. The special edition 2-disc DVD features exclusive content, including deleted scenes, documentaries and featurettes, and storyboard footage that provides an exclusive look at the making of the famed Submarine and Podrace Lap 1 sequences.
