I opened the package and my only surprise was that its not a dark wash; maybe its labeled that way. The jeans are a dark wash and my pictures are extremely accurate. If they were not to the buyer's liking, I would've resolved any issues that they had and accepted a return. Instead, they went ahead and left neutral feedback without contacting me at all. Very frustrating as a seller.
