Shipping and packaging was fine, my only issue is that the tapestry is not in "excellent condition," as the listing stated. There is visible dirt and wear at the bottom of the tapestry. I'd say it's in "fair" condition rather than "excellent." I collect Don Freedman tapestries, and some, despite their age, are actually in excellent condition. This one is not. I'd say the condition description was slightly misleading.
