    Communication was great, quick and fast response to messages. Pricing and fees very transparent. Open and clear to me upfront about the period of time needed to manufacture the wheel and once it was ready they sent me the shipping and tracking information. Shipping was very fast, except the item was delayed/held up in Ontario California, which was fault on UPS as usual as they seemed have lost the shipment, but I kept following up with UPS until I received it. Packing was wondering. Excellent!!
