What I did not know was that to take the pen out from the claws of the import department, besides the VAT (which I expected to pay), the thiefs of fedex charged a crazy amount for their work. In total, I had to pay an additional $65 for the pen!!! This means a mark-up of almost 50%!!! I did contact the seller about this issue but received no response. Bottom-line: be VERY careful about this "free" shipping. Of course, this is my last purchase.
