        You get a Windows installed PC but the Windows is not activated and you have to buy the activation code separately. This should be noted in the descriptions.

        customer was provided a $13 license code, as a sub OEM it would cost me more than the PC sold for to license every copy of windows 11. (came with windows 8 license on case) Being said unit was delivered 100% functional, and tuned up. I don't know what people expect from a sub $100 PC.
