    Seller had two of the same item, one I purchased, missed the other. Seller shipped my item to the other buyer and that buyer decided they wanted to keep it. Did not receive what I paid for. The seller admitted the mistake but took payment from the other buyer for my item. Ebay refunded me. Very disappointing, and it takes seller 24 hours to reply for each communication which made the issue worse. Should not have happened. I understand there are mistakes, but this was avoidable.
