BOOX Palma 2 is great for decentralising the smartphone - runs on Android 13, supports FOSS (e.g. side-load APK or F-Droid, Aurora, etc.). and easily customisable. There's a bit of bloatware, which can be ignored/force stop with preferred launcher (e.g. Nova, Olauncher), and there's always Root for those who want to.
