Manufacturing issue, not "transit" issue as seller suggested. Untreated/rusted metal below missing paint. Welding is sub-par and sloppy. Welding slag under paint and inside tubing, rattles when shaken. Seller did offer a refund but only after they received the item, less shipping and in approximately 4 or more weeks.There are other inaccuracies in the listing as well. Despite low price, not a good value.

Basically there are no instructions with the unit ! Don't buy
