Also the iPhone 4s and Galaxy S7 aren’t unlocked. They’re both locked to AT&T but you are correct about it not having activation locks. The reason I didn’t give a negative feedback is because 1. I got a good deal, 2. He was correct about locked and unlocked (except carriers) and 3.
