      Item had a stain that wasn't very visible in the photo but was very obvious in person. Because it was suede you could brush in a different direction to make it appear less obvious. I never would have purchased had I known.

      Firstly, the blemish was disclosed in the listing (and in the photos). Secondly, I offer FREE returns. You had ample opportunity to send it back and receive a FULL REFUND. I offered this, but you did not respond to my message. Instead, you left negative feedback despite me attempting to address the issue in a positive manner. I did not brush the suede in a different direction to appear less obvious and this assumption you're making is 100% false.
