      Unfortunately, seller sold item that had a button that was broken before I took possession. The very first time I pressed the button it fell back into the cabinet. but she was certainly willing to accept the return request. She said she didn’t want a customer to have an item they couldn’t use (even though it wasn't delivered in working condition). She didn't hesitate at all on the return. Delivery was local pickup. My mistake, I should have at least tried the buttons. Return went smoothly.
