The earrings are Not damaged...the hook has fallen off. They aren't broken. Unfortunately, as the photos show, the earring just hangs on the hook. Very easy for them to slip off. I'm sorry the hook fell off. I've checked where I stored them, and also my shipping table. I did not find the hook. I sorry. Or I would mail it to you. I just don't have it here. The buyer is under the impression that I' not allowed to sell on eBay which is false.

The seller declared that she did not authorize the purchase & that she only looked at the item, never attempted a purchase. eBay was able to successfully step in & cancel the order and look into how an unauthorized purchase was made. She had made a minor mistake of not fully reviewing the items photos & description, before sending the offer I accepted. Problem corrected.
