SCAM ARTIST!!Purposely manipulated weight. Got a bunch of glass and just a few watches. Post office confirmed discrepancy in weight. Proof attached in pics from actual Post Office!!!

This lot was not sold by any specific weight.. The 1 0z you see is set by eBay, no weight was given because the lot shipped in a medium flat rate box. So I am not sure what you are getting at. I sent exactly what you bid on. By the looks of your feedback left and the warnings left by buyers in your positive feedback, you are the scammer.
