I ordered item A. The seller tells me that the item A is not the right one for my car and send me item B for $30 more.
I received item B. 45 days later, I took the car to the shop to use the item. The shop opened the car only to realize that item B is the wrong one while item A would be the correct one.
I attempted to exchange the item, the seller is refusing to do anything.
I offered to pay a restocking fee.. nothing.
It is unfortunate that people don't take responsibility for their mistakes.
