My PayPal was not going through so I tried to cancel the order to try again. I couldn't cancel and the item shipped. The PayPal transaction then went through then was refunded. Not good, they deserve to be paid for merchandise. It arrived and was returned. Seller has the item and I can try to order again without any payment glitches. None of this was the seller's fault.
