    This blower is a defective one, Blower runs too slow, its speed was so slow even I changed the blower speed to high in the control panel to no avail. As a result, there is not much air to the vent compared with my old blower. The restricted airflow by the slow blower caused evap coil to be an icy coil. When the AC stops all ice melts to the water pan.
