The seller does not own the card. He just try to be a middle man and buy it in japan and sell it to you. I believe the problem is he should never try selling anything when it is still bidding in Japan. The worst feeling of a buyer is when you think you secure an item you like but turns out you are not getting it. Buyer please beware.
