I don't believe this dress was new.I bought this same dress from a cabi party,a medium & was too big for me.That's why I wanted this size small dress.I can tell a big difference between the feel of material on the dress I have (worn once) and the EBay dress that I just got.The EBay dress has been washed at least several times. The neckline tag looks washed too. (Tag pic attached, can't accurately picture the "feel" of material) BUT it is in good wearable condition and I will be able to use it.
