    Seller lied about the condition of the unit. The box looks close to mint in the add. Upon arrival the interior of the box was all ripped up and fluff was everywhere. He was not surprised when I emailed him. Slow at responding and then Asked for all my personal information for a small refund after telling me eBay keeps it all private for safety reasons. So then why would I give it to him? Definitely feel like I got ripped off. This is my first bad experience on eBay and would not recommend seller

    Did everything to satisfied this buyer. Offer a refund, partial refund, but he was uncooperative on all suggestions. Then he leaves this negative feedback and would not answer. Ebay's policy is to try to resolve the problem between the buyer and seller first. I tried. Person information was just his address so I can refund his money back. If you look at the pictures there was not any rips in the box?
