When Trey investigated the situation further it reveals a terrible discovery, his patient is the wife of the leader of the largest cartel located here in South Texas as well as Mexico. Trey will soon find out just how dangerous it is to practice medicine in the valley of Texas, nicknamed Death Valley of Texas. When two worlds collide in the Southern tip of Texas, he learns very quickly just how cruel, evil and far the arms of the cartel can reach to take revenge on anyone they feel has wronged them and how they take great pleasure in evening the score.
