hoping”it’s only a software problem as the seller who initially made a very decent voluntary suggestion,later renigged on his own suggestion.He told me pretty much,”handle it on your own,if it doesn’t work,oh well,I won’t make it up to you anyway.AVOID THIS SELLER!

Requested the buyer contact Chuwi customer support since the item was brand new. He didn’t otherwise it would have never escalated to the point whete i was going to send him an additional herobox. While staging the replacement I had need of Chuwi customer support because it wouldn’t reset. They contacted me back twice in less than 12 hours. So i informed the buyer they should contact cuatomer support as well and there would be no need for the replacement. He became upset and made threats.
