Received an INAD product. The box had mediocre packaging and was shipped by a sketchy courier who wouldn’t provide a clear tracking number. The top pillow was defective and curved. Also had one pillow part missing. The seller actually bought the item on Amazon for a cheaper price because there was a receipt in the box.
