The software available on line is nothing like the ScanSnap that I was used to---no ability to turn off duplex, so every scan has as many blank pages as print pages, doubling file size. You can go in and manually delete extra pages, but this is unnecessarily labor intensive. Just not the best experience. Item returned. Emailed seller, but no response yet.
