The Maritime Silk Road which is the basis of the "One Belt One Road," it evolves as a good model of political and economic life which the Asian nations respected the ideas of wholesome development of the society where independence and freedom existed vis--vis to technological innovations. The sovereign states transformed into dynamic and vibrant economic order with good diplomatic ties among Asian nations . In contemporary time, this has been achieved by the industrialized states of Asia. However, the political and economic philosophy may be different from the western nations but the genuine principles are still reflective in its underlying principles of the quality of life in the Asian region. The idea of world peace must always bring the principles of peaceful co-existence within the ambit of amity and comity through interdependence of the sovereign states. The implementation of "One Belt One Road" can be extracted from the principles of the paradigm shift for World Peace and Development in the ideas of the President Xi Jinping that discusses the features of the change, innovation, idealism and freedom. Basically, the diplomacy strategy is to apply the regional cooperation for bilateral and multilateral agreements among the countries of the world. Likewise, the realignment of the development agenda and thrusts of the sovereign nations are anchored on the quality of life that can be articulated in employment generation, poverty reduction, universal education, cultural diversity, technological and infrastructure economic support, and other means to enhance the productivity in the macro-level that be cascaded in the masses.
