I mentioned that all pictures of the basket showed that there is no protector and it was my mistake for not removing protector from the title. I offered a free refund, 0 cost for buyer anything to return. buyer wanted me to just refund and not return the basket. I mentioned my illness in a personal message to the buyer and am sad it was part of this retaliatory negative feedback. I did my best to please the buyer as I always do 24+ at 100%.
