This seller is extremely slow to respond to messages as well as to ship items. I have bought from them in the past and this is nothing new. They have great stuff. This time the item received was incorrectly identified in the listing by the wrong part number. What I received was not what I ordered. Since they dont take photos of many of their items, it is so hard to vet your items before placing an order. I too am a seller for 23 years and this is just not a good practice.

The fellow that looks after this location 250 miles from me was ill and couldnt ship and and has a hard time taking pictures as he has to use a walker. We watched USPS delay this before responding. You have been fully refunded.
