The shoes shipped quickly however the package arrived cut/torn open with only one shoe in it. The shoe was in good shape, I imagine the other one was too. I contacted the seller about one of us making a claim with USPS and they were apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault, and refunded me. I’ve bought other shoes from them and they arrived fine. Great customer service, I highly recommend.
