As described. This is my 2nd purchase as they are NOT lined with plastic or PVC. And can oxidize onto your valve stems without lubrication and become so stuck u have to actually replace valve stem itself... Which one did have to do. Heavy grease or lubricant can help to offset this if you MUST have them. They are aluminum so be careful! Maybe remove them periodically to avoid this issue.
