The shipping status stated the same the entire time, it said shipping label created USPS awaiting item. They blamed the post office for possibly not scanning the package. I think that was b.s. still no change at 2 weeks so I requested a refund. The prices on the Obagi products are too good to be true. I think they are either stolen or counterfeit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
