- 1***9 (42)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI held off on posting this review hoping the seller would offer a fair resolution, but no luck. The iPad arrived with a cracked screen. When I asked for an exchange, the seller offered a $20 refund or told me to buy a new one, return the damaged one, and pay for shipping—leaving me out nearly $300. The item was defective, yet the seller offered no real solution. I tried to work it out, but this experience was disappointing. I’d recommend buying from another seller.
