- y***5 (4)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseThe ipad came in a day early, the only "scratches" are dings on the side of the frame but they're not noticeable unless you REALLLY LOOK. So far it turns on, and charges well. When they put on a new screen they didn't clear it so there's dust UNDER the screen, but it's only visible when the tablet is turned off. Will update if something goes awry

Item was used but was in very good condition. Very pleased with this transaction as the price was under $10 and these cases were very expensive when new. I would use these guys again in fact I ordered another case from them for another one of my surface I have a surface 3 which is a 10 inch and I have a surface 7 which is a 12.3 . When I asked for an exchange, the seller offered a $20 refund or told me to buy a new one, return the damaged one, and pay for shipping—leaving me out nearly $300. The item was defective, yet the seller offered no real solution. I tried to work it out, but this experience was disappointing.
